Mandalay Hotels with Waterpark

"Very nice hotel. "

"Hotel Duo Swan was absolutely perfect. It’s a great location. The hotel is nice, great rooms, at a way better price than Ibis or Apex. You get to choose your complimentary breakfast every morning. But the best part is the staff. They will help you with anything you need. They helped me top up my local SIM card. They allowed me to park a bike rental in their garage. They booked taxis to/from airport. I can’t say enough good things about them. And they spoke good English (3 of the managers). I’ll...

"Amazing service. They arrange taxi for me to the airport. Have a laundry service. Breakfast it's excellent. Service always attentive. Highly recommend. Please Visit Myanmar. Amazing country. "

"Clean "

"Nice hotel with big spacious room good breakfast options and wonderful staff. Mandalay is a big city so location was okay close to the palace. If you need to get more around there are plenty of TUKTUK’s. Booked 4 nights and had a wonderful time."

"I felt the staff were very helpful friendly. Always ready to help. "

"Friendly staff"

"Hotelli oli suljettuna!"

"Expedia canceled the booking of my original hotel. They asked me to choose between 3 options to replace it, which I did in a timely manner. Despite my request, Expedia did not send me the booking for this new hotel on time. It was send to me after few hours I checked in another hotel that I have to look for muself. I had to go around time to check the options that Expedia gave One of the options that Expedia gave to replace the original booking is even out of service."

"ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ไม่วุ่นวาย สถานที่กว้างขวาง พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดี"

"The staff will all get full marks for their friendliness, nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean, but small. I started my trip at the Aurora and was delighted to return and end it there - and enjoyed their evening free cocktail in the top floor restaurant. "

"Lovely hotel, garden atmosphere, wonderful staff, on site restaurant. safe and clean."

"Stay away from this place. By no means the photos depicted on the booking websites are from this place. Also, DON'T PAY in advance. When I arrived at the property, they told me that the are no longer on the booking websites and that I had to pay again and file a claim with Expedia. Trashy property. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is basically new, and really beautiful. The staff were the NICEST people, and really went out of their way to help us out. The room was really comfortable, and we really loved the rooftop area; beautiful views! The area is very local with not too many services nearby, but they have 3 brand new bikes you can use for free! Overall we would highly reccomend!"

"Adequate for the price"

" The staffs check us in was very helpful and she speaks very good English, and one of the male staff can speak Chinese. The breakfast is good and is included in the room price. There are shops near by. And go to places is also very convenient by taxi and the staffs will let you know the cost to your destinations. "

"Super nice and clean. The staff was nice. We leave early in the morning, so they prepared us a breakfast box"
