Estafa de hotel

Hicimos la reservación y pagamos y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que el hotel no trabaja con la app hace 3 años!!! Que no tenían ninguna reserva con nuestro nombre y que si queríamos quedarnos debíamos volver a pagar en efectivo!!! Nos trató muy mal la encargada y preferimos irnos a otro hotel

Friendly staff, some struggled a little with their English but tried their best. Room was spacious and clean. Restaurant not the best so would suggest eating outside.

A good hotel worth recommending to everyone

I stayed here for 23 nights. their service was impeccable! The room was big and nice, the staff was extremely friendly., but unfortunately was not able to spend much time in the lounge, skybar and swimming pool etc. , however I was very happy to spent my holiday and business time there. (hotel may need to improve one thing, Mosquitoes were a bit more)

プールやジム、スパなど設備が充実している。部屋も広く清潔。王宮まで徒歩20分程。近くにコンビニもあり便利ではあったが、周辺に飲食店が少ない。屋上のバーからはマンダレーヒルが眺望出来る。スタッフも親切で快適ではあったが、唯一残念だったのは熱いお湯が出ないこと。ミャンマー国内何処でも電力が不足している為か仕方がないが、立派なバスタブが宝の持ち腐れであった。

Wonderful stay with friends. Staff very helpful

We had a great stay. We had 2 twin rooms. The breakfast was nice. The rooms were lovely. The pool was beautiful and the sunbed area was laid out with towels and bottles of water. Overall we had a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely helpful.

The room is a bit small with no balcony and can not see the view of the city as we expect when booking. The internet is very slow and deducted sometimes. The electricity is cut down very often.

Hotel mit Dachterasse

Das Hotel in Mandalay ist ca 45min entfernet vom Flughafen, wo ich für nur 4000 Kyat ein Sammeltaxi/Bus genommen habe. Das Personal ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel schaut von außen älter aus als es ist. Die Zimmer sind schön mit der Ausnahme, dass teils Lärm von außen durchdringt. So gab es die gesamte Nacht Gesänge draußen, was lt. Rezeption normal ist. Das Frühstück ist gut und bietet alles was man sich für ein Standard-europäisches Frühstück erwartet. Zusätzlich gibt es eine grandiose Dachterasse mit täglichen Sonnenuntergängen. Insgesamt gut aber auch trotz super Service nicht besser.

Top-Hotel inmitten einem lebendigen Stadteil

Dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Alles hat gepasst, und unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Es liegt genau "im Leben" der Stadt; man geht raus und hat alles was Mandalay an Leben bietet. Das Personal ist nicht nur freundlich und zuvorkommend, man hat sogar das Gefühl dass sie sich freuen, mit uns als Touristen in Kontakt treten zu können. Das Zimmer war Top-Standard. Klimaanlage so gut, dass man sie auch nachts laufen lassen konnte. Vom Straßenlärm bekommt man im Zimmer nicht viel mit. Frühstück etwas spärlich, aber absolut ausreichend. Unbedingt bei Sonnenuntergang die Bar auf dem Hoteldach besuchen. Es ist ein Flachdach, und man hat einen Rundblick über die ganze Stadt. Dazu wirklich gute Cocktails um 5USD. Einziger Schwachpunkt: das Hotelrestaurant ist eher mittelmäßig. Was aber nicht wirklich schadet, denn draußen sind alle 20m irgend welche Fress-Stände. Und die sind wirklich gut. Hinweis wegen der Zimmer: aus irgend einem Grund sind die "besseren" Zimmer in den niederen Stockwerken, und die "günstigeren" Zimmer in den höheren. Hat uns nicht gestört (wir hatten ein "besseres" Zimmer). Unbedingt ein Bike mieten und damit herum fahren! Der Vekehr ist chaotisch, aber es gibt keinen öffentlichen Verkehr, und mit Bike ist es angenehm.
