"The property is beautiful and nice. My wife and booked this for a one night get away. We were really looking forward to our time on the patio (since we paid significantly extra for beach front). The whole time we were there a man was doing construction right outside of our patio on tables and chairs. It was a BIG let down. I wish they would have warned us to err was going to be construction. We would have waited before spending that kind of money on a one night stay. We could not enjoy...

"It’s a relatively new property from what I could tell. Very clean, beds were awesome and I’ll be staying here again when I return to town."

"Our room was spacious and clean. The only minor complaint is the uncomfortable couch. It was incredibly hard and not comfortable for sitting. In addition, we did not get our trash taken out while we were staying for multiple days. A positive aspect of the property is their well maintained pool. It was crystal clear in the perfect temperature. We will be staying here again when visiting our son, daughter-in-law, and grandkids."

"Really nice motel. It was well appointed, the bathroom was very nice with a walkin shower, the bed was comfortable, and the property was quiet. Staff are super nice. Would highly recommend this place. Down the street from a few good food spots and a comfortable walk to the beach."

"Parking"

"There was no soap or shampoo in the room. When we asked at the front desk they provided shampoo but said they had no soap. There were one or two bugs in one of the beds, and a dead bug in one of the drinking cups. There was also no hair dryer. Staff was pleasant."

"Waypoint Ventura is a treat, to say the least. All the vintage trailers are beautifully appointed and restored. Plus, the whole vibe in the place is just fantastic. Easy walkability to great restaurants and breweries. Looking forward to my next stay and trying a different travel trailer next time."

"We loved the location as we were able to walk downtown and to the beach. Also enjoyed the spacious room and comfy bed. Additionally the breakfast was impressive with an assortment of hot items (even had custom breakfast burritos) and fresh fruit (watermelon, cantaloupe and pineapple)."

"Clean, comfortable and staff was friendly. Two blocks from the beach! The location is Convenient - just off the freeway, but not loud. Will be staying again when I return to Oxnard the area."

"It was a clean bed to sleep in Oxnard. Could have used a blanket on the beds to stay warm. A top sheet and bed spread is all they had."

"Pros We stayed in the room for 2 nights and came away with a great impression! The room and bathroom both had a fresh, recently renovated feel. On our second day, housekeeping even came by to make up the bed and refresh the towels. Fairly spacious, with a fridge and microwave included. Cons At one point we took the last spot in the parking lot, and another car arrived after us — not sure where they ended up parking... The soundproofing leaves something to be desired."
