The property was very clean and the staff throughout were very warm and very welcoming. The only issue I had was the fact that I have paid for a family room so that my brother who was already in Turkey can stay with me. I was made to pay extra charges, as it was difficult for them to understand that no one would pay for a family room [ with a space for 4 people ] for one person! I ended up being charged twice. Expedia was extremely unhelpful to resolve this issue, which added to my frustration. A very hard lesson learnt! Still we would stay there in the future but we will make sure we book directly with the hotel!

Great hotel, great food, great beach = great vaca
Amazing hotel, great service, friendly staff, humongous beach, good size pools, never felt overcrowded. I was with my family and we had so much fun. Turkish food was absolutely amazing, by far the best. This hotel has it all.

It was very amazing resort and very kindly staff with delicious and varied meal Also l was spend 4 day in this place with more activity like swimming pool,tennis courts,beach and volleyball Finally we aren’t forget the lobby bar and what it is luxury seat

Family stay at Jacaranda.
Everything was amazing except room service. We stayed 5 nights and they never changed the bed sheets and one occation they did not bother to even vaccum the room or dust it off, I could see all the dust all over the floor. The other complaint I have is that their towels are discolored and you can see stains that can not be washed away they almost look like cleaning rugs.

The facilities and options for the kids are really great. The down side relates to the fact that the rooms and level of services pertaining more to adults (SPA, Restaurants, Bed quality, etc.) are relatively low. Still as a family oriented resort it's really great. If you are looking for something with your spouse look elsewhere.

The hotel is good in entertainment and food,but very bad wifi in the rooms which is something not going with 5 stars hotel, one of the elevators was out of service in two days,we stayed 6 nights and no one changes the bed linens!!

Good points. this is a beautiful place, staff work very hard food was great plenty of choice. Pizza at the snack bar Are great. Rooms were great and spacious the maid cleaned the room every day fresh towels everyday. Entertainment around the pool the aqua gym with the male staff was brilliant!! Lady who done aqua spinning was great. The bad points my ears need a break from the noise levels of the music 24/7 when your dj has a break from 12.30-3pm give the people some peace & quiet around the pool.its non stop it would be lovely just some quiet time. They don’t accommodate to vary the music for all ages I felt like some time I was at at rave. Your nighttime dj is amazing but not 24/7 rave, 7 nights a week, send him to Ibiza he would be amazing. Shows are average,entertainers are lovely & friendly. If your not by the pool by 8.30 you don’t have a bed. I witnessed people reserving beds all day leaving them empty and going the beach. This made me me furious this needs to be addressed.

Fantastic family hotel with great facilities, the location is great in terms of being able to get to the beach easily. Great choice of food and drinks and perfect for a total wind down with family. Rooms have amazing views and are serviced to high standards. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und es wird sich insgesamt, gerade auch bei den Animateuren sehr um die Kinder und Jugendlichen gekümmert. Für Familien ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Gewünscht hätte ich mir vielleicht auf den traumhaften Entspannungsflächen an der Strandbar mehr Ruhe. Dort wurde gerade noch gebaut. Aber es ist alles mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt und wenn dann alles fertig ist, bestimmt wunderbar zum genießen!

Das Personal war überaus nett. Die Anlage wurde gut gepflegt die Unterkunft in einem guten Zustand. Leichte Gebrauchs Spuren waren zu sehen, aber gar nicht schlimm. Das Buffet hat eine große Auswahl und war immer lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
