"After looking at the other CGH property, we had lot of expectation. But it was completely disappointment. The area outside the property entrance has exposed driange canals. The gutter smell, mosquitoes really made us ponder why we chose this over the over. The property was well maintained. Inside Stay was comfort. But the breakfast really disappointed. "Hotel is well maintained and rooms were clean. Time taken for Check-In and Check-Out procedure was more than usual, may be - because of new staff - new system in place. Pointed out a shower head issue to the maintenance team. Restaurant serving time was long and requires improving the speed of service. However, Food was tasting good. In general, this hotel is good to stay and recommend as well."

"My in-laws had a wonderful stay at Sands Point. They really appreciated the staff for being so warm and helpful throughout their stay at the property. The breakfast made a fantastic start to their day to explore the city.The tea cakes/dessert were really delicious.Thank you for making their trip so relaxing and comforting."

"The hotel itself is decently maintained mostly.. We were greeted with a welcome drink during check in, that was nice! The room was spacious. Housekeeping was mostly on point. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of variety. The pool area was a bit underwhelming though. The reception staff was very cordial and helpful throughout the stay! Some minor things that could be improved - 1. There was only 1 towel and 1 glass of water when we checked in. Considering that the hotel knows that there are 2 guests checking in, this was a bit off putting. But room service promptly brought the other towel and glass when we called. 2. We were given only one key card, considering that there are 2 guests - again this was a bit weird to us. They said that they don't have a second key card for the room. So it was a bit of a hassle for us to share the one."
