Highly recommended

Very comfortable and enjoyable 3 nights stay at luxury room of this newly constructed resort. Amazing views of surrounding snow covered hills and forest were simply amazing and will be long cherished. Food was superb, room service was great. Bed was quite comfortable though linen needs to be laundry washed and not hand washed.

Overall it was a pleasant stay, but there are a few caveats. The hotel is located at a very inconvenient location, around 1.5 KMs on a very narrow road from the Kullu-Manali highway, making it extremely difficult to reach the hotel and explore local Manali. Also, they don't provide driver's accommodation under any circumstances.

When checking in was told our room was in another building and we were forced to walk in mud and rain with luggage. There was a staff member there who tried to take my friends water bottle for no reason. Although they say they do, they Don't take credit cards There were No towels in our room, dirty towels on the floor of our friends rooms we also rented. They then brought Us dirty towels Desk but no chair to sit at it no chair Roof leaked near bathroom. Hallway and elevator smelled of mold. Tv not working X 3 days Kept asking as for money to watch the television They called the room asking for Money the day before check out Never returned our laundry bags we recently purchased We Would call the front desk but they wouldn’t bring what was asked and Would have to call again. Food was good. Staff tried to help just seems to be poorly managed

Average property but not worth at high price

Nice Property, big room size but food served is not upto the expectation. 1. Room service is too slow. 2. Toiletries kept were already expired or may be simply refilled in the used bottles. 3. This property does not clean the room everyday, we need to inform them and then keep on chasing them to get it done. 4. Breakfast was very limited but no taste to it at all. 5. In room dining menu is limited but instead of ordering from menu simply order food from outside by searching restaurants on Google. 6. No Snow shoes were available inside hotel for residents which was available at all the other hotels. Some good things about this property, 1. security guard was very much co-operative without any hesitance. 2. Heat pad in the bed was ++ 3. View from Balcony was awesome, all mountains with snow snow and snow.

Very Comfortable Stay

It was a good comfortable stay. I stayed with my family. I booked the luxury room with a balcony, the room size is good and you get a really big LED TV. The view from the balcony is really beautiful. Overall I am very pleased with the comfort the hotel provided. The staff was very helpful.

This is a newly built property with all the latest and the best amenities. Got it at a very good price. The 55inch TV in the room is just wow. Beds are very comfortable. Food is very good and staff is also very courteous. Only regret I have is that I planned to stay here for only one day.
