The place is beautiful, clean, quiet and staff was very helpful. My one complaint is that our suite smelled of mold. They need to do something about this.

OK hotel, but a bit out of the way.

The breakfast was not much--fruit, processed juice, coffee. You're a bit isolated - you'll need a taxi to get to anywhere. Sounds travels between rooms. Wifi coverage was patchy.

Reserva por expedia, hotel no tenía info, nos tuvieron afuera 10 mins. Luego nos dejaron entrar y aunque nos dieron habitación nunca ubicaron la reserva, no hay buen control de check in en la noche. (Llegamos 7 pm)

THE PROPERTY IS VERY CLEAN AND OVERALL NICE BUT THE INTERNET SERVICE IS BAD CONECCIONS IS COMING AND GOING ON THE WEEKENDS SOME CUSTOMERS BECAME TO NOISE AND SLEEP IS HARD ON FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS AND IS NOT FACILITIE WHATSOEVER TO HAVE BREAKFAST, THE AREA IS VERY NICE AND BEAUTIFUL BUT FIND COFFE NEED TO BE AT 3KM OF THE PROPERTY AT GALLERIA SANTO DOMINGO, BESIDES THAT DURING THE WEEK IS VERY NICE

Good hotel with lots of potential to be great

The hotel has a lot of character. The rooms are big and have little kitchens. I love the patio access looking out at the pool grounds. The hotel staff was very accommodating and happy to help. There were some big repair and remodeling projects going on so I think it will look even better in the future. The lawn furniture and gazebo furniture were in bad shape and could easily have been fixed. The pool looked very pretty and they were maintaining it well. There is so much potential with the landscape. There is a water garden but was empty and dry.

Altos de Fontana A Jewel In Managua

Altos de Fontana is a quiet, pleasant boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. This has become my go to hotel in Managua. It is close to shopping, there is a quaint art gallery up the street. If you like walking there is a very safe out and back 10km walk up through a very exclusive neighborhood.
