"The staff were so nice and helpful. It’s a small resort and on the other side of the island. If you’re interested in just relaxing and doing absolutely nothing, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, you can book tours, experiences, or car rental/service at the front desk for an additional fee. This is a different all inclusive where there isn’t room service or multiple restaurants to choose from. There is one bar and one restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner at set times....

"The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a few minutes from the airport and the city center.
The staff and the owners are extremely kind and accommodating.
The room is very spacious and clean, and at night you can only hear the sound of the sea waves.
The hotel's restaurant is a must-try.
The lobster fettuccine and the pizza are exceptional."

"Pros:
- We loved the pool and the beach
- Some of the cooks were very nice
- The food was great
- Room cleaning every day
- The place was overall clean
- The band on the last night was amazing
Cons:
- The attitude from some of the staff was just terrible. The towel person and the guy in charge of excursions were very unnecessarily rude. The guy in charge of excursions started making such rude remarks just because we said we will think about it and get back to him. These 2 interactions...
