"The property itself was clean and well supplied. The view was spectacular and everything we expected. The major problem is that the room has zero air conditioning. When we arrived it was like walking into an oven. The only option were portable room fans. It was 80 degrees outside and felt like 90+ inside. Opening all the windows and front door into the hall didnโ€™t help. The top floor had no AC running, we thought we could hijack some of the hall air but there was nothing to be had. Unfortunately...

"The property and unit were perfect EXCEPT instructions for watching Netflix & other streaming services were inadequate. This was exacerbated by WiFi that came & went, as well as a remote control that worked very poorly. "We had a truly exceptional experience at your hotel, thanks in large part to your outstanding staff. After a very poor experience and an eventual refund from a previous booking at the Shiloh Inn, your front desk team went above and beyond to assist us. Upon explaining our situation, the representative coordinated with her manager to secure an upgraded room for our stay. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your team's professionalism and their commitment to ensuring our comfort. This hotel was very clean and nice. I loved everything about it.
