"Hot tub was down. We booked two rooms. Room #1- cracks in walls, in shower and along the window. No extra sheets for the pull out bed so had to go down and get some. Phone didn’t work to call down and when you call the hotel ph# no one answers. Room was way too warm yet the AC was but only pointing ..."

"Maintenance tried to come into my room while I was asleep, I ran from the bed to block the door. Kasa forgot to tell pple about pest control visit. Thin walls, cheap bed frame and noisey. Communication isnt great between host, Kasa & building. Didn't feel safe staying here."
