"We were in the older section of the hotel so there was no elevator, but we were on the first floor so one flight of stairs was fine. "Lovely staff, great breakfast and super clean hotel. However, we were allocated one of the top floor rooms, with a pitched roof and this proved to be a challenge for my son and husband, who are both over 6ft tall. We couldnโ€™t relax on the sofa as we had a slope behind our head, the men couldnโ€™t take a bath or a shower as there wasnโ€™t any head room and getting in and out of bed resulted in banging our heads. Perhaps the hotel could look at ways to remodel the rooms, so that instead of tucking...

"Overall it is a comfortable stay. Our room was on the 2nd floor and faces the mountains, however the door to the balcony was spoiled on the 2nd day and we could not open it. The first night was quiet but we could hear people talking on the 2nd night. But as we were very tired, we fell asleep. The location was very ideal, at the heart of Krupowki. If we come back again, we will stay here but at a higher floor."
