"The main issue was that we couldn’t adjust the thermostat in the room and we were sweating all night. The front desk couldn’t help us except to offer to switch our room which wasn’t an option cause we had sleeping children. The other thing was that their card maker wasn’t working so the front desk person had to let us into the room and then we had no key card. "

"The first room we were given had stained bedding. We found hairs and dirt when we pulled back the sheets. Dirt on the floor as if the room hadn’t been cleaned. The second room we were shown by staff smelled of dog from the neighboring room so the staff immediately decided to take us to a third room. The sheets at least were clean but there was no hot water to take a shower and a bottle of shampoo that was left from a previous guest was leaking over the shelf in the shower. Needless to say, we did not stay long enough in the morning to experience the continental breakfast. "

"The pool was outdated and hot tub jets didn't work. Overall cleanliness was poor. Whole hallways smelled of marijuana. Mold in showers, doors and handles in showers all falling apart. Hotel is very outdated, carpets, furniture and beds in rooms all had stains. All in all the hotel just left a lot to be desired and there are WAY better options in the area at similar price points."
