"Disappointing - beware. We booked a Double Deluxe room at a very high rate at this hotel and were told at check-in that we were being given a “double upgrade” to a Jr Suite. We were initially very excited about this until we realized that although our room was a bit bigger than what we had booked, it only had 3 tiny little windows at awkward heights that looked directly into other guest rooms or level with the pool restaurant diners so we no view of anything and could not have the...

The property itself is both unique and spectacular for those looking for a quiet luxurious retreat in the middle of Old Palma. The location is ideal for anyone looking to spend quality time in this lovely old city centre with its beautiful squares and buildings. "Fontsanta Hotel & its property are beautiful. The restaurant is simply amazing & so is the service there (thank you, Fatima). The front desk staff was helpful (especially Carolina). The housekeeping staff was top-notch. Our room could use some touch-ups in terms of paint, but the cleanliness was perfect. The spa area is a pleasant bonus but a tad run down in spots. Can definitely recommend a stay!"

"We had a great 5 night stay at the property. Our room was spacious and well presented. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was limited in choice but very nice. There was an honesty bar with drinks and snacks available 24/7. The pool area was small but beautiful. It was an incredibly relaxing stay. There is not much to do in town, but the hotels location makes it easy to drive to most parts of the island and that’s exactly what we wanted. We were able to park less than 2 minutes from the property....
