Very friendly staff and great food, the windows and walls are not as sound proof as they should be but overall is a great place to visit for holiday and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

All the staff were amazing.. massive shout out to Laura.. from room 453 .. very friendly, helpful and lovely. The food was great and loads of choice. We will definitely be back. But for longer as we were just having a mini visit

most every thing was very good, we will come back, furniture in our room is a little old but it was clean, we been vacationing in different places mostly in Riu resorts I can say the best one is in Punta Cana, the second one is this one in Mallorca, the worst one is the one in Tenerife, I realy recommend Riu Bravo Palma de Mallorca

Avtually is not all inclusive, when the drinks are limited then there is not all inclusive. Maybe is not the resort's fault, but it shouldn't be advertised as all inclusive.

Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach and bars. The Room was modern and clean. Staff is superfriendly always available to help and with a smile. The buffet is diverse and with quality food. I didn't like the fruit juices machine, it would be better to invest in fresh fruit juices machine.

Amazing staff that will really make you feel at home with outstanding customer service. This hotel has a great way of running its buffet’s so definitely if you stay here make sure you go all inclusive as youll save money and enjoy the great meals they serve for breakfast, lunch and dinner which was on the house. Live music every night so you can enjoy dancing and meeting new people. 100/100 Thank you guys and thanks to Carla and her team for looking after us. Gracias!!

It worthed every single Euro to stay at Riu Bravo.
This is an oasis in the middle of a busy area. Super clean and well-organised. And the variety of food available for breakfast and dinner is great. All staffs are very cordial, competent and do their best to provide a good experience to the guests - my special thanks to Miguel and Luiz at the restaurant, they went beyond when my family asked for something. I've rented a car and drove to other beaches as I didn't like Palma's vibe for a family trip (too many bachelor/ette party groups). Although there isn't dedicated parking at the hotel, I had no difficulty finding spots to park on the streets nearby. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is excellent. Close to the airport, a short walk away from the beach, the buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner is very good and offers a variety of choices. We did one of the à la carte restaurants one night, and that was good too. Rooms are very nice and service is great too. My only concern was that the hotel is right on the middle of “Germany”. We had no idea that that area of Palma de Mallorca is mostly owned and inhabited by Germans. Most restaurants and stores are run by Germans, you hear more people speaking German than Spanish. They can get very loud and noisy. There were lots of young people there to party, on the beach and on hotel grounds. Some would even yell in the hotel hallways at 3am and bang on doors to wake everyone up. As quiet Canadians, we stuck out like sore thumbs in the crowd. If we had known this in advance, we probably would have gone to another area on the island. I have nothing negative to say about the hotel, it’s just where it’s situated that we were not crazy about.

The hotel was very nice, buffets had lots to choose from. There’s a bus at the airport that takes you within a couple of blocks from the beach. The hotel is 2 blocks off the beach which was great because the beach front is very busy and noisy!

The food was terrible!!! A bad canteen ???The staff unfriendly . The taxi driver either didn’t put the babies buggy in the taxi ( it was next to the case ) or he didn’t unload it !!?!! Either way we asked what should could we do , at the hotel reception . Just so unhelpful !! Mostly they stared at us and said you can’t do anything!!!

Over all staff very friendly, helpful and hardworking with the exception of one very rude staff member at reception when we had a query about internet. Good food selection. Very German area and hotel orientated to same but we should have realised that beforehand. Pool area can be difficult to find seats unless there very early and a lot of shade from lots of trees so can be hard to find a spot in the sun

Great food selection. The room is very good. The restaurant staff are amazing- so friendly & helpful. Mohammed the pizza/pasta man is lightning quick. The hotel is mainly dominated by German tourists but I would definitely stay here again. Location is also perfect from the airport and the beach.

Friendly staff was a highlight of the trip. Clean facilities, good food, as well. Would have liked for the pool to be open for more hours in the day (was only open from 10:30 to 6:30), and for there to be a more fun vibe and attitude. I would recommend they play louder music during the day, stock the swim-up bar so it's not empty and useless, have some games and activities going on, and extend the hours of the pool and of the bars.

The hotel was clean and modern. The restaurant had a good selection of food for all meals. The majority of staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was a nice space, it's just a shame that families decided to use the bar pool as a child pool instead of the family pool on-site. Pool water getting splashed into drinks when trying to relax isn't the best. The indoor pool was just two large jacuzzis, it would have been nice to be able to have a swim when the weather was too cold outside but thankfully the cold spells don't last too long in Mallorca. I would certainly stay at this property again.

I recently stayed here with my mum, dad and boyfriend. We checked in and were early but the room was going to be ready shortly. We were offered a glass of Cava on arrival and told we could use all of the amenities as soon as we finished at the desk. We initially thought we had booked an adults only resort, but this was not the case, probably down to our own error! But it didn't spoil anything for us. It was lovely and clean, the food was wonderful and varied and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would most certainly come back. Just as a heads up. The majority of the guests were German and it is in a very German influenced area. This was absolutely fine, we just had no idea.

The hotel is excellent and all the hotel staff are very friendly however it is very close to two large bierkellers which may disturb guests trying to get a good nights sleep.
