"Sofia, Rodrigo, Matteo, Benjamin, Claudio, Chef Camillo, Javier and Fernanda were absolutely the highlight of our stay in terms of kind and genuine staff members. They truly exemplified hospitality. Food quality was excellent. Chef Camillo was truly world-class, amazing attention to detail and truly understands farm to table. Carolina Ruiz from guest services, was dismissive and wasnโ€™t knowledgeable. Hospitality management seemed lacking as she was very defensive and aloof, she wanted to just end the conversation or questions and move on to other things. Limited amenities in the room, no shower caps, vanity amenities, etc. Sauna wasnโ€™t open even though the website said it is finished in 2025. Default wine at every meal was roseโ€ฆ literally rose all day."
