"When we arrived we had some payment issues with the taxi. The kind man at the front desk personally walked me to an ATM and when that ATM didn’t work he walked me to another one. Then walked us back to hotel and rolling our bags with him. He was as very gracious and we appreciated his help very much. The room and the restaurant were both wonderful too. This place is just outside the old city walls and easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The main reason for my bad review is the staff. I’ve never experienced rude, and offensive staff members who actually use bad language to their customers. I would honestly discourage people from staying here or having a romantic get away: - rooms are basic - shower and sink are in the bedroom - not in the bathroom - electric plug next to bed was broken - I went to their restaurant- which was subpar and they made a huge issue for me finishing up a bottle of water I walked in with. "We were given a tiny room at the top of the hotel which we weren’t happy with but after asking if we could move we were shown two other rooms by Maggie who was very helpful. Our new room was much bigger and brighter although quite old fashioned it was very clean but the bed was uncomfortable. The location was great, very close to the centre. Breakfast was very good and all the staff were friendly and helpful. "
