great place to stay. 15 metres from the train station. lovely enclosed pool so shade somewhere all day, enormous breakfast, varied and good quality evening meal. I was there during the Spanish countrywide electricity outages and the staff went out of their way to help guests who couldn’t travel onwards to spend the night in the lounges which was exceptionally gracious- well done

good value when i was there, free parking on site, large pool extensive buffet breakfast included. Large room for price and good value stay but, rooms are tierd bathrooms a bit dated small tv and empty minibar bit isolated location if you want to go out.

a great place to stay

large single room, recently decorated with secure access to shaded shared terrace with table & 2 chairs (although none in room) stayed during power outages with no lights & water from 9pm until 07.45 am the next day so difficult to prepare for 06.30 departure (which never happened of course). the food is truly wonderful with quality ingredients at dinny& breakfast (pulled pork one night, lamb ribs another, fresh tuna, etc. the hotel coped with the power outages wonderfully well and are to be congratulated in this. they also allowed up to 25 “ex guests” to camp out in the lounge overnight as there was nowhere else for them to go - very compassionate

Pubes on floor and on 1 bed ( 2 double beds in room) large group of teeage boys in corridors partying shouting and banging on walls until 4 am. Reception said they had checked out but they had not. Good buffet breakfast. Nice pool. Good access to train station

Good with reservations

Right on the beach (across rail tracks), and very lively (adults & children), with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Available parking was already booked when I arrived (early), so call ahead to reserve a space.

Great value for money. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Great shower with both a rain shower head and a wand. Water pressure is good too. All staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is just okay but there are a ton of options just outside of the hotel. The train station is next to the hotel that will get you to Barcelona city centre in an hour and it’s a nice ride along the coast. Definitely recommend

We had one week all-inclusive stay .. hotel staff were friendly.. rooms small but clean .. ( no speaking English channels). Food was ok for 3 star .. only complaint would be with all inclusive you got these small plastic containers for all drinks whether it fizzy orange, beer or cocktails.. with I felt were unpleasant and for paying extra to go all inclusive.. while if you paid cash u got nice glasses and cocktail glasses .. was a shame

I had to cancel my stay and send an email to the hotel but didn't receive any answer. It was also impossible to reach them by phone. I was kicked out of the waiting line 3 times.

We traveled for over 15 hours and were really looking forward to this vacation. The room was small but functional. Well mostly. It lacked soap, shampoo and conditioner, and at this hotel they give you those single-use no-brand pouches, most of which are shampoo anyway. Worst part is, one of the beds didn’t have all legs. As such, it tipped over whenever someone tried sitting on it. Ok, it happens. I don’t know if it actually happens, but let’s say it does. A natural thing to do on the part of the hotel is, apologize and give you a new room. Not what happened. The desk receptionist said she would replace the bed. Two hours later nothing happened, and we were still exhausted and had no place to sleep. It was late and I asked the receptionist to change the room. She rudely told us that if they give us another room, they would have to clean two rooms the next day. Then she went on a hunt for a different room and first, gave us a room that had not been cleaned, and then a room that was on the first floor right above their bar, with the disco and all the smoke coming up. She was exceptionally smug about that and said they had absolutely no other rooms available. That part didn’t bother us at all. The reason I bring this is, you know, it showcases the “hospitality” of this hotel staff. We will never stay there and I don’t recommend it to anyone. Rooms are pretty costly, and it’s not “money well spent”.
