Really liked the hotel facilities. Food was really good, especially breakfast, and meat and desserts were delicious. Also had drinks on tap all day eg soft drinks and coffee. Staff were really helpful and efficient. Also area around the hotel was nice with several interesting shops and cafes in close proximity. Easy to get to and from Heraklion via buses 1 to Heraklion and 6 back to the hotel. Both stops very close to the hotel. Its a very interesting city. Also really close proximity to the beach, just past the bar. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce club de vacances ! 🌞 Le personnel (accueil, personnel de ménage, maintenance, service aux restaurations, maître nageur, animateurs) est vraiment top : bienveillant, disponible et toujours agréable, ce qui rend l’ambiance très chaleureuse. L’emplacement est idéal, la propreté irréprochable et côté restauration, chacun trouve facilement son bonheur avec un large choix de plats, ça reste un buffet en libre accès pension complète donc ne pas s’attendre non plus à des mets d’exceptions, petit bémol sur les boissons qui n’étaient vraiment pas à notre goût, mais « Mention spéciale » pour la soirée au restaurant avec réservation, vraiment réussie, les plats et le service sont impeccable! 🎉 Seul petit point à améliorer : un rafraîchissement des logements serait le bienvenu, surtout au niveau des salles de bain. Mais cela n’a en rien gâché notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Personnel au top, complexe très bien entretenu et très propre. Chambre un peu vieillissante mais correcte, terrasse assez spacieuse. Hôtel à 7 km du centre d'heraklion, accolé à une belle plage privée avec transats. Repas : petit dej très correct, beaucoup de choix (sucré / salé), déjeuner et dîner : pas mal de choix mais souvent la même chose. Transport en commun toutes les 20 mn pour aller au centre d'heraklion. Pour visiter les autres villes, voiture obligatoire, pour visiter les autres îles, prévoir des excursions.

Jeg kunne virkelig godt lide de forskellige faciliteter og aktiviteter der er både for børn og voksne, så man ikke keder sig, eller man behøver ikke at tænke på hvad man skal lave på dagen med børnene. Det eneste jeg ikke imponeret over, var den restaurant ved stranden, hvor man skal have en reservation, den er ikke så god, som den bliver beskrevet, og servicen er heller ikke så godt. For at være ærligt snackbaren og "main" restauranten er de bedste, fordi maden er god med masser valg muligheder, og servicen er helt på toppen der. og angående personale, de er meget åbne og venlige fleste af dem. Men alt i alt er jeg rigtig glad for overnatningsstedet, så jeg vil helt klart gerne komme tilbage i fremtiden, hvis jeg skulle til Kreta igen.

Very basic hotel. Good for families not couples.

Room is very basic. Hard and uncomfortable bed. Only 1 pillow on each side. Pool and facilities are actually not bad but it was very chaotic with tons of children running around. Buffet offered very unauthentic cheap food so we did not really eat there despite paying for all inclusive. The dining hours are very fixed. Anything with decent quality, such as a frappe, costs premium surcharge. Service was just OK. Positive: 1. free and abundant parking onsite (very useful since we rented a car to explore the island) 2. It is on the beach. Not the nicest beach on Crete, but still a good beach with a few tavernas and walking distance to a few more places on the street side. Chairs are full during the day but emptied out during dinner time. Overall it was a great place to lay our heads but I did not feel like I was in Crete. It’s great for families though, not so much for romantic couple trip.

Très bon séjour. A refaire.

L'hôtel est très bien. Le personnel agréable est souriant. La propreté est impeccable. La cuisine a volonté est très varié est très bonne. Seul petit bémol l'hôtel est situé à Amoudara est un peu excentré. Il ne faut pas hésiter à loué une voiture.

This was a pleasant trip for me! Staff was friendly overall, free sodas, coffee and water. The included drinks were always clear on the menu. The meals were always good and the pools were clean. Having the beach access was a plus as well! My room was surprisingly big and had a large balcony which was so nice to relax in. Shower pressure was great! There were quite a few mixed drinks included, plus a local beer and wine. Other mixed drinks were extra, but I stuck with the included ones as that was enough variety for me! Thank you for the great stay, which I could have been there longer!

prima verzorgd all inclusief hotel

Het hotel heeft een prima ligging, rechtstreeks aan het strand en teruglopend na een lange oprijlaan kom je bij de poort en dan vrijwel direct bij de winkelstraat met supermarktjes, souveniershops, autoverhuurbedrijven, restaurants , bar, pompstation en andere hotels of appartementen. Er rijdt een bus naar Heraklion en zelfs een speciale hopp on en hopp off bus voor een toeristische route langs de meeeste bezienswaardigheden in Heraklion en dan kun je de luistertoer doen met gratis koptelefoontjes. Deze kost 15 euro per persoon maar je mag overal uit of opstappen en dat 2 dagen [ geen aansluitende dagen ]. Haltes en route zijn goed aangegeven. Ook de bus is niet duur, nl. 5 euro pp voor 1 dag. Overal op en uitstappen, bij haltes. Het hotel heeft een hoofdgebouw en kamers in bungalows. De hotelkamers zijn netjes verzorgd, wel wat kleine badkamers en balkons. De kamers in de bijgebouwen zijn geschikt voor familiekamers, wel opletten want de kamerindeling is niet overal handig en soms een krappe doorgang. Er hangt een droogrekje op de balkon of op de terrasjes. [Ook veel variatie in terrasgrootte en balkongrootte en ligging bij de bungalows]. De kluisjes zijn handig met ingebouwd deurlampje. De stop in het bad en de waste in de wastafel werkte prima! De boxspring bedden zijn vrij stevig, mede door harde gestikte naad van matras. Buffet is gewoon, niet veel variatie in bruin brood. In stukjes fruit ipv heel. Drank is prima, al zou er ook rum en rummixen bij mogen. Ijs is prima.

Lovely hotel to stay at. Lots of entertainment- bbq night was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would say more 3* than 4* because of bathrooms- shower curtains and no individual toiletries just a soap pump on the wall are more 3* than 4. The reason I wouldnt stay here again is that friom the beach the view of the nearby power station and the smoke it was producing wasnt the best Greek view we have had. .

tres bon rapport qualité prix. chambre confortable, assez grande et propre, le basic mais ca suffit pour quelques jours. Piscine, plage, toboggans tout es en bon etat, c'est vraiment l'idéal pour des vacances réussies. Nourriture tres correcte et assez variée. Reste l'usine à côté de l'hotel, a part la vue sinon c'est pas génant

The resort is very nice. Very clean, the bungalows are charming, clean, comfortable and quiet, the beach is very nice. You will really enjoy your stay as long as you DO NOT EAT HERE. The food is abominable and there are only a handful of drinks included in the "all inclusive" program. Walk a few hundred meters outside the gate and there are lots of nice, reasonably priced restaurants and tourist shops. We particularly liked uncle George's tavern for dinner but whatever you do, do NOT eat at the resort.

Personnel très chaleureux et efficace. Cet hôtel club est très propre. L'animation reste discrête et pas trop bruyante, ce qui est appréciable. Je conseillerai cet hôtel aux familles et pas à des jeunes venus pour s'éclater car ce n'est pas trop le genre. Il y a un bassin de 60cm de profondeur pour les enfants, ce qui est bien pratique. La plage est sympa. Pas besoin de ramener les serviettes de plage, elles vous sont prêtées avec une caution. Bien sûr, comme tous les all inclusive, on se lasse vite de la nourriture, mais cela reste très correct et il y a des restaurants sur la plage.

Séjour du 30 avril au 11 mai Accueil impeccable Personnel d'une très grande gentillesse et politesse Bravo à Minas notre Barman pour sa sympathie Bravo à l'ensemble des équipes des restaurants, toujours serviable, toujours souriant, toujours disponible et polis. Des chambres toujours propre à notre retour. Les buffets sont largement suffisant en choix, les entrées sont fraîches et les plats chaud reste toujours bien au chaud. Les cocktails de la formule "all inclusive" sont sympa. La piscine de 25 x 10 est très propre, et ne manque pas de transat, idem pour la plage, le nombre de transats y est très correct, et ils sont très qualitatif. L'accès à la plage est direct. Il y a des animations tous les soirs, avec une très sympathique équipe d'animateurs (trices) La situation géographique est parfaite à mi chemin entre Mali et Bali qui sont à 40 minutes. Et les plages du Sud comme celle de Matala à 1h10 de voiture. Rethymnon à 1h40 La plateau de Lassithi à 1h20 Les gorges d'Imbros à 2h10 Le seul petit problème mais qui n'est pas forcément de la responsabilité de l'hôtel, (même si un petit rappel des règles de vie en communauté serait peut-être utile)c'est le manque de savoir vivre des touristes qui rentre très tard en mode "je suis seul au monde"en parlant comme en plein jour voir même pire et qui font carrément claquer les portes des chambres. Mais cela s'appelle du manque de civisme, et l'apprendre à des adultes, ce n'est pas aussi simple que ça. Sinon, un séjour PARFAIT

Nice room. Peaceful and all.

At first night I found 2 silverfishes from floor. When weather got warmer there were plenty of small ants running on the table. The service and food were ecellent.
