"The property is in a great location for the local restaurants and walks. We met Mike on our way out in the afternoon and he was really friendly and gave some good advice as to where to eat some local cheese. The bed was really comfortable with a good range of tea and some good coffee. The biscuits were a nice addition as well. We loved our stay here and were fortunate enough to see some Platypus which was a real highlight."

"Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital. Staff are wonderful and caring. The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet. The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot."

"Very very disappointed. We had booked one of the more expensive top floor rooms for our wedding anniversary. We live locally but thought we would make a night of it, check out the hotel, have drinks and a meal on the rooftop etc. I had paid the extra for a late cancellation. My husband is in remission from stage 4 lung cancer (not to be fair they knew that) and very unexpectedly the afternoon we were meant to check in he felt unwell and ended up overnight on ICU. "Check in was fast and professional. Parking under ground was explained well. The room was immaculate and cleaned over my expectations. All appliances were new and in exceptional condition. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. I stayed on the 7th floor and the lifts were very fast. 2 mins walk to the major shopping centre for all your needs. 5 min walk to the beach. No complaints at all, highly recommended. I will stay again for sure."

"It was a wonderful experience at Maleny Terrace Cottages. Sarah was so friendly and helpful when we thought we would be checking in after hours. We ended up making it in before the office was closed and she helped us figure out which restaurants were open close by. The Thai restaurant that is just 2 driveways away was actually fantastic! There were end chocolates in the room as a welcome treat along with some bottled spring water. We was raining pretty hard so we didn’t get to see the view or...
