We received a room upgrade and the staff are so helpful with sorting of any issues / responding to queries. "Magnifique appartement (tout neuf) dans un complexe dans les montagnes avec une cuisine entièrement agencée. La corbeille du déjeuner était un vrai plaisir, en plus livrée dans notre appartement à l'heure choisie ! le bonheur ! Dommage, nous sommes restés qu'une nuit ! L'établissement se trouve à peu de kilomètres des belles pages d'Elafonissi. Attention: pas facile à trouver, malgré le GPS. Demander un plan d'accès ! "

"We spent three lovely days at the villa up in the mountains. It was full of rustic charm and very peaceful (the only sounds in the evening were goats and birds!)
