"I’ve stayed at Sheywe at least ten times with teams I have brought with me. But will not be going back. This last time proved to be the final straw. Toilets that were dirty and did not flush, cold water showers, food (chicken)!that was undercooked, making a team member sick. I love the staff and am friends with them, but I cannot risk our health. "The lady at reception was the only bright spot. She was exceptionally kind and attentive to al our needs. The hotel is dilapidated, dinghy, and depressing. Often there was no water, the hot water was unreliable and intermittent and the nights were filled with constant packs of dogs howling and barking. The hotel is in a very bad area. "The team at the hotel refused to check in the guest saying that they longer work with Expedia even with proof of payment and confirmation of booking. The guest incurred losses in terms booking another place. If you longer work with someone remove your property from the platform or communicate your position in that regard. Terrible"
