"A chance encounter to break up a long journey back from Meribel to the UK. We were very pleased with every aspect of the stay. The place is beautifully decorated and ultra clean. We had some home cooked Chinese food which went down well with all the family, even accommodating gluten allergy. Next time we are passing we would definitely stay again."

"Le village de Marcilly est situé dans la campagne à une vingtaine de km de Pouilly en Auxois. Une maison ancienne rénovée. Notre accueil a été agréable, la personne responsable de la chambre d'hÎte nous accueilli et nous a conviés à prendre un rafraßchissement. Au matin, nous avons pris le petit déjeuner dans la véranda qui donne sur un jardin agréable. Nous avons longuement échangé avec le propriétaire des lieux."

"Beautiful clean renovation of gorgeous building on rustic property setting. Stayed one night - any longer I might have been frustrated with set up of all kitchen bits available but down stairs. We were in Berthe which is a large rm but has the most uncomfortable wicker chairs so sat on the bed. Didn’t get to the bottom of why we didn’t get checkin info automatically but when we did it was very clean and easy to follow. "
