I was robbed of $200 from my back pack in the storage room for suitcases. I forgot the money was in with some papers. Gone!!! They told us at the desk that no one can go there without passing by the front desk. It is very safe. I normally would never have left the money but it was in with some post cards and I forgot it was there, or I would have taken it with me.

For whatever reasons we had to flip the breaker on and off in order to get lights or charge phones. But theirs so much natural lighting that it didn’t bother us. Great place very clean and snack and coffee downstairs!

A good, well-maintained property in old town area and in historic centre, and at a reasonable price. Places to eat and shop almost immediately outside the front door. Have visited before and will visit again.

NO WIFI. No in site parking. Cleaning EVERY 3 days
NO WIFI. No in site parking. Cleaning the apartment EVERY 3 DAYS. Terrible front desk service. Gave me hard time when I asked for my room to be cleaned after 2 days. Nearest parking is €25 per day. It’s next to a cathedral and surrounded by pubs so very noisy surroundings even in the middle of the night. The apartment doesn’t have a washing machine. The air condition doesn’t go below 18 c. Very expensive for what it is.

We were so happy with the check-in, location, size and cleanliness of the room until when we came back to our room until we started hearing water dropping on the toilet. That is when we noticed the leakage on the ceiling showing that it wasn’t the first time this problem occurred. I tried to contact the ‘emergency’ reception for half an hour without a response. Then they told me it was a known issue occurring from time to time. Apparently it did not stop them giving the room to a customer, instead of fixing the pipes.. We were lucky because there was one empty room where we could move in.

We stayed for two weeks. The Apartment was cleaned every three days which was very nice. The back apartments are very quite but face the roof of the church. We were fine with that. Coffee, water, fruits, little sweets were offered on the first floor. Conditioners or something else do give a bit of an issue in the bathroom but are quickly addressed. It would be also nice to offer beach umbrellas and towels. We left our umbrella for the next visitor. Hostesses responded to all questions about transportation, restaurants, and shopping. We had a great time! People are great in Spain!

Perfect stay
We stayed for 4 nights and the hotel was perfect for us as a couple, had everything we needed and is spotless, plus the staff were really friendly! Despite the area being a little busy inside our room was so quiet and noise wasn’t a problem at all. The location is perfect, It offers loads of things to do such as a range of bars and restaurants (including vegan) historical things to do and the beach is only 10 a minute walk! would highly recommend.

Good value for the cost. Nice touch of free coffee/drinks/light snacks at the front desk. Excellent location and we could walk everywhere from here. The upstairs loft bedroom was spacious and nice with a very large bed. Downstairs was a bit crowded when the pull-out couch was out. There is not always a person at the check in desk. We had some difficulty figuring out how to get back in as we couldn't read the handwriting of the number code. We should have double checked first or maybe improve our Spanish to better understand the directions!

I stayed for 3 days Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything including bus to airport. Many shops, restaurants, beach and transportation. I recommend this place. Hotel staff was friendly and it was clean.

Comfortable, clean, and central.
Very comfortable, clean, and central. The apartment was ideal for two friends as we had a bed each (one being a sofa bed) and a bathroom each. Note that check-out is 11am and not 12pm as stated by hotels.com. This caused a little angst with the hotel but nothing major.

Had to move room as AC didn’t work. New room was bigger and AC fans worked this time but did not actually cool to requested temperature. Bathroom was nice but everything else was basic but ok. Staff were great and helpful with communication and trying to sort AC by moving room. Best part about this was the location

Perfect location in a recently renovated , modern apartment situated in the old city centre, close to nice tourist sites and large gardens.Two large parking spaces next to the hotel. Very polite and helpful receptionist. 10/10.

What a find!!
The Apartments Are located in a brilliant place ... close to everything easy to find! Room was lovely and very comfortable- well decorated and apportioned Only downside was a problem with the shower drain that we reported and it was not fixed- but it was a Saturday night

Great location. Close to car park.
Just take note of the double size bed and not a queen size bed. We found the doubles too small for two adults. Luckily the couch turns into a comfortable sofa bed.

On Expedia website it states this property has access to parking & this was a defining reason for choosing these apartments- the siting & facilities are excellent but with no parking onsite the advantages for staying here have markedly reduced

Location at it best. I don’t like the fact that they have “front desk” hours and they were not there when I arrived. They send you an email requesting day and time of arrival for you to be there and when you submit your information that tell they will get back to you in two days. I made my reservation from one day to the next and just went by their front desk hours and they were not there and I had to wait two hours. My room was not ready either. They never answered the phone

I booked accommodation for 3 guests. When we arrived the room was only set up for 2. The reception area which was supposed to be open until 19:00 hrs was closed. We called the “emergency” number and no-one replied. Contacted hotels.com who got in touch with accommodation. Said they would deliver sheets and towel by 21:00 - they were delivered just before check-our the next day! We had one guest who had to sleep on a sofa with no sheets/covers etc. Totally unacceptable.

Some room hassle that got worked out in the end.
When we got to the Hotel/apt the door was shut and locked. I’d emailed ahead that we would be there between 3 and 6. We called both numbers on the outside and no answer. The cleaning person heard our 3rd or 4th knock (thankfully) and let us in to wait. She started l us 5minutes. About 20 or so later the front desk woman showed up. Lobby Sodas/coffe/water for guests a plus. Our reservation said room with balcony but when we went up the room was small, smaller windows, and a bit dark. I went to lobby and was told we didn’t get to choose our room and besides there was no balcony room available. I asked about the next day and she said there was. I also called Hoteks.com who spoke with her and gave us a $75 credit. In end it all worked out but a hassle all the same. Nice, clean, but somewhat small spaces. Close to everything. Loli the room cleaner was so nice. Front desk woman, though never not nice was very nice after we got all straightened out.

The flat is nice, modern and well located, however the restricted check in times and responsiveness (on the phone) from the hotel was a bit frustrating. The person in reception helped us by check on us before which was nice, but then when we got to the flat we found that it was for 3 people instead of 4 (as stated in our reservation) and it offered a tiny sofa bed instead of double bed (as stated in the reservation). When asked to change, the reception mentioned that they do not have anything for 4 people. The overall experience was not great.
