"The hotel has over 200 rooms and only two elevators. The whole time I was there, one of the two elevators was broken so we had to wait 10,15,20 minutes to get to or from our room. Absolutely ruins your stay."

And instead of a friendly greeting or an “I’m sorry” I basically got a “yeah?” We proceeded to the elevators and one opened half way and was beeping constantly.
