"It was a good stay overall. I got my own room but it was on the top floor which is an attic. It was hard going on the side of the bed towards the window. The shower door is broken and they need more shower gel for clients. It was a clean property and didn't have any smell. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is a plus because most of the major tourist attractions are walkable distance from there."

"The male employee who helps with check in was fraternizing with young women staying there. Was not comfortable with that so I reached out to the property and they said they followed up and it won’t continue to happen. The receptionists were constantly getting confused about this, refusing to let me into the room as they claimed I hadn't paid, before backtracking and realising I had, and then forgetting all over again the following day. - The cleaners were extremely loud in the morning, slamming doors in the corridor from 6am. - There was an ALIVE BEETLE in the bed.
