simple & comfortable staying in this new homestay, but I found dirty stain at fridge area and wall. no mirrors in the toilets. very noisy between 10am-6pm due to renovation works in process in the building. when we arrived, the person in charge will pass us the house key & access card, 2 parking lots provided. please be careful when driving at the roundabout in front of this residence, the cars doesn't stop eventhough we put signals.

The staff is very prompt to our enquiry via whatsapp, have a clear instruction on the check in process. As we are stuck in JB custom we past the check in timing, the staff directs us to a condo not far distance away. Upon check-in, we can tell that the previous user was holding a party in the apartment. We can see the poppers flake around some small corners and the floor was sticky. We had to perform some basic room cleaning ourselves to make our stay comfortable. The condo looks new and facility is awesome espcially the pool facing the melaka river. The unit is spacious we booked three rooms for a family of 5 pax and each room is big and with high ceiling. Check-out process is easy we just pass the key to the guard room.
