The place is strategic but the service is very bad. The television is not working even i already ask them to repair, but i checkout they still not repair. I paid the hotel for all the facilities but i cannot get any refund for that problem. They also not provide the toiletries at all, u need to get from counter if u ask them. The door toilet have problem. That all my review tq

Dirty rooms, terrible service but good location
Very bad service and levels of cleanliness. Receptionist had no note of my booking and was annoyed when I refused to accept a dirty room. He showed me 5 others all with the same issues (hair in the bed and on the floor, grimey bathrooms, bad condition, one had a cockroach etc). Ground floor room was noisy as directly behind reception and all guests walking past to get to the lift. Deposits needed to get the key and a list on reception to note all chargeable items or breakages, even hangers. Really bad first impressions and disengaged staff. Saving grace was the location, one street away from bus stop to Melaka Sentral, seconds from the river, 5 mins walk to Jonkers Walk/Dutch Sq etc. I would not stay again unless the cleanliness and service was vastly improved but was happy with location.

the worst hotel I ever step into.
There were no towels and no wifi and no carpark. A big contrast of what they publish online. The bed linen looks old and unhygienic. I went away and book another place for that night. What a horrific experience. Does this place deserve any star at all ??????

L hôtel a un acceuil Plutot correct, la chambre était au niveau du prix payé 25 euros soit ni top ni horrible on dira passable. La douche privée avait de l eau chaude. L acceuil est ouvert 24 sur 24 ce qui permet d appeller un taxi a 6 heure du matin

离鸡汤街近,但太简陋而且不干净,不推荐
酒店有单独的卫浴,但是整体简陋,热水壶太脏无法用,床单整套都能看得到污渍
