"Cuando llegamos al hotel , en vez de darnos la habitación que habíamos reservado nos dieron a elegir entre dos de categoría inferior. Nos quejamos y al final nos dijeron que había un problema con el agua caliente en la que habíamos reservado y por eso nos ofrecían una habitación inferior, sin embargo no nos hacían ningún descuento en el precio. Nos quedamos en la que realmente habíamos reservado y el agua caliente funcionó los 9 días que pasamos allí ; sin embargo la taza del baño estaba rota y...

"Poor entrance road, without signs, but the place was beautifully constructed with old huge wooden beams in the dining area, good food, beautiful grounds, nice pool and helpful friendly staff"

"lovely stay, staff were so friendly and helpful. we actually got stuck in our car around the park the morning of check out, we called the lodge and they sent some guys out to help us get unstuck, then let us shower even though check out had passed. also great food, wonderful service, excellent rooms and great views. can't recommend this place highly enough."

"They did not have our booking(pre paid) which is understandable somewhat because they are out in the middle of no where, but there was no attempt on the staffs part to help fix the problem. we ended up leaving 1.5 hours later than we wanted and paid with a Card(got a refund from Hotels.com). the hotel needs to have better service. The refund from hotels.com was easy and service on there side great."
