"I stayed at this property for longer time for almost please note if you are traveling for work and need to work and use VPN their internet is bad and does not support VPN so please consider it before booking i really do not understand why they can’t provide good internet Also there is lot of construction outside the hotel from past 6 months so check before you book the hotel On positive side the hotel is moderately clean rooms are nice staff is pleasant always friendly very accommodating and also safe if you are traveling by yourself "

"Beautiful hotel and outstanding staff who are willing to help. Food was tasty and wonderful. From housekeeping to restaurant staff and reception staff were all courteous and always willing to make your stay pleasant. Rooms were nice and always well presented by housekeeping staff. Special Thank You to the doorman who always made time to talk to me whenever he saw me. Hope the staff enjoyed the chocolates which I gave them? Thank you. "

"Water was leaking in the bathroom. I pointed it out the first morning I was there but nobody came to look at it. Had to bring it to the manager’s attention again that evening. They said they will fix it the next morning. I also called for ironing my clothes. Nobody came so on my way out, I asked them to pick it up from my room. When I returned that evening, I noticed nobody had picked it up. The hallway did not look like it was vacuumed. All in all, very disappointing. Expected much better from a Taj hotel"
