"This was our first stop on arrival in Sri Lanka and it didn’t disappoint. The staff are wonderful, the food was gorgeous and the setting by the lake was idyllic. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have high ceilings and views of the lake. Altogether a great start to our holiday."

Not only were they able to assist in my commute to the airport and back, they were able to help me to items I needed, plan other upcoming trips and even store my luggage until my final stay before returning home. Jennis even kindly gave me a ride to the bus stop and would not even take any money!! Top notch establishment!"

"This was the perfect place for my quick stay after a 3 day tour of Sri Lanka. The location was close to the airport, I had a spacious room with a nice bathroom, balcony. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning and spent some time out at the pool. Great for my purpose at a very low cost."

"Perfect. A hidden gem in Negombo 25 easy minutes from the Colombo International Airport. The room was spotless and spacious. The pool was sparkling clean, relaxing and warm with plenty of exotic birds including parrots flying around. The food choices were numerous and tasty. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need including laundry services for a nominal fee and airport transfer arrangements. "We had the most amazing last night of our trip here. It was so peaceful set amongst the paddy fields. It really was like being welcomed into a home but with all the privacy and amazing food that you would expect at such a good hotel. The bed was very comfortable and all the finishings in the bedroom/bathroom were excellent. We did a nice walk with the head of agriculture to learn more about the farms around the property. Definitely recommend!!!"

The setting is fabulous - right on the ocean with a magnificent pool. The sea breeze was delightfully cooling as we ate delicious meals in the restaurant.
