"We had a great stay at Boho Homes during our stay in Hurghada. We only stayed for 1 night as we needed a spot close to the airport before picking up our rental car. The flat was modern & new and the communication with the owner worked well. He even helped us organizing a transfer from the airport. "

"Enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property- the hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating. Both check-in and check-out were extremely smooth and easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with several convenient amenities. "Hotel refused to let me check-in with my confirmed Expedia booking although I called hotel reservation office and they confirmed to me that everything is alright ... But once I reached hotel, they rejected my reservation due to discrimination.. They claimed that Expedia's offer is only for certain nationalities and not anyone can book with it even if Expedia confirmed the reservation ... I got stranded at reception for over 3 hours until I was forced to make a new reservation with much higher...

"Since the moment of arrival, the check in took less than 10 minutes. We're given a first floor room. Very spacious room, clean with a sea view. We used the two pools in front of our room. The beach is fantastic with some corals and plenty of small colourful fish. Food was excellent and a huge variety of fresh plates. All local drinks were available and served everywhere. Excellent friendly staff. We'll surely return back."

"Xanadu Makadi Bay has the worst management I have ever experienced. After a 15-hour flight with two children, the reception and manager were completely disrespectful and unprofessional. They demanded an extra $450 even though my reservation was correct and my children’s ages were entered properly. When I asked for help contacting Expedia to confirm the booking, they refused and left me to handle everything on my own. Instead of showing hospitality, they caused stress and humiliation at the very start of our vacation. This hotel’s management clearly does not care about guests, fairness, or basic respect. I would never return and strongly advise others to avoid this property"

"A world class Hotel, very professional and helpful staff, special thanks to Reception team Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Yousef for great support. Amazing Aquapark, I didn't see any similar in size and variety like this one actually it has all what you can imagine, great fun for adults, kids and infants. Great Buffet with lots of varieties and new dishes every day. The beach bus service is very convenient and the beach is a lot of fun with clean crystal water and a nice coral reef with an amazing collection of fish. I recommend it 100% and will love to come back again for sure"
