"Had a reservation for what was advertised as a one bedroom with king bed. We paid extra for it over a standard room. When we arrived to check in, it turned out that they had no such accommodations with a separate bedroom, only rooms with a king or queen bed. While they offered us the option to change rooms, they did not indicate that the rate would be adjusted or acknowledge that the description of a “one bedroom” was misleading or deceptive. It should be listed as simply a room with a king bed like their other rooms. In the end they offered a full refund and we checked in at another hotel with better facilities and a free full hot breakfast included, which was also better than the Willow Bends’s offering of a free continental breakfast."
