"Annie was a wonderful host The property simply the most charming and characterful of our entire Loire road trip. Wonderful pool with views located at the top of the cliff with magnificent views!- a real W facing sun-trap! Breakfast simply delicious. Safe secure gated parking in courtyard. "Big, very clean, quiet and 'comfort'-able room and well-run hotel. Helpful staff when I had a need and questions. I can only echo others' positive remarks. Convenient to drive east to visit chateaux (Chambord, Cenonceau, Amboise and others). Easy bus 18 ride from Fougerolles stop near Leclerc to visit Tours for a day."

"Stayed here for 3 nights. Hôtel was in a great spot for restaurants and shopping Just so happened we were there on the first Sunday in September. There is a huge market on that Sunday. We left early to do another tour and came back around 4pm. The market was still going. Great restaurants in the area. You could have any type of food you desired. Staff were excellent."

"Very convenient for the train station, tourist bureau and supermarket close by. Easy walk into town centre. Friendly helpful staff on reception. Good WiFi. Kitchen had what you needed. You could buy a few things at reception like UHT milk if needed. The apartment was well laid out. Quiet. Comfortable beds We found the check in times a bit confusing online but relieved to find they'd been extended when we arrived."

"The deluxe room was well designed for travelers, with a good bed, toilet separate from a great shower with excellent water pressure and plenty of closet space and enough room. It was superb value for the price. The staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast also good value. The hotel isn’t modern but has character and is comfortable. It is in a good location, readily accessible to the sights of Tours and the railway station but also well situated for quickly driving out of town to visit chateaux. The parking, for which one pays extra and needs to reserve, is tight, so we wished we had had a mid-size instead of full-size SUV (which would have also been better for some of the narrow country roads outside of Tours). The gym only has a few cardio machines but one could probably get a good workout at a fitness club not far away. We didn’t try the mini-pool or hamam but they looked nice."

"Good and convenient location close to city centre and train station with parking available on-street nearby. We had adjoining rooms - quite small but did the job as we only stayed one night but while passing through. They accept dogs which is a plus and limits our choices. Helpful staff. We didn’t have breakfast as there are some lovely patisseries in the town."
