De kamer is niet mooi afgewerkt en tijdens ons verblijf van 3 nachten is onze kamer niet schoongemaakt en hebben we geen nieuwe handdoeken gekregen. Wij zijn dit na de eerst nacht gaan melden aangezien de fles zeep op was in de douche. Er werd ons uitgelegd dat de kamers pas om de dag werden schoongemaakt. "We have stayed here five times in the last three years. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and all different. Dinner was delicious and breakfast absolutely fabulous. As was the very very nice woman serving/managing our breakfast. Late October - mid November the deciduous woodland surrounding the Hotel is absolutely stunning. Best time of the year to go for tree and autumn lovers. Herons clearly love it too! Driving thro' Gelderland is a joy and finding yourself in Kasteel Engelenburg is the icing on the cake- Just lovely! ( and we do not play Golf!) "
