"Hotel was fine & clean and centrally located to the town. BUT it was a shock when we checked in we were then charged an extra 27 Euro per night to park the car as the room was not cheap in the first place and there was not warning about this charge until you arrived."

"Perfectly clean and comfortable room in a perfect location next to the station and close to the main square (a 10 min walk). More spacious than expected for a family room. Shower was excellent. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Only issues were that it was extremely hot and stuffy in the room. A fan was provided. We had to find something to hold the window open to keep it open a crack just to get air flow."

"Arrived late evening after a long drive from the UK during the heatwave of 30+. We had booked one of their many treehouses which when we arrived was not available as the A/C was faulty, they kindly upgraded us to the twin box treehouse with working A/C which was a god send in the heat. Very quirky design, had everything you’d need. If you have a fear of insects however, be prepared to evict an abundance of spiders, moths, ants and beetles from the treehouse if you don’t like sharing! The only negative for us was the actual structure moves when you walk around so you feel a but like your on a boat. It’s perfectly safe but the design causes this, i guess it adds to the charm? Head space is limited in places also. Lastly it seems hot water is on a timer so bare this in mind if your planning on a mid day or late night shower. - Parking was fine, plenty of available space with additional parking on the main road opposite the hotel if needed, it’s also easy to find. Staff are very friendly and efficient at both check in and check out. We didn't use any of the amenities although they seemed fine and again, same with the restaurant, we didn’t eat there but the food looked and smelt amazing!"

The true heart of this hotel is its exceptional front-of-house team. The staff are nothing short of magnificent, demonstrating a warmth and patience that is particularly reassuring for non-native French speakers. The reception team consistently goes above and beyond, handling every request with genuine grace and attentiveness. The morning culinary offering is another highlight. The continental breakfast is superb, presenting a well-curated and fresh selection of everything one would expect from a quality European buffet."
