"Hotel was very warm and inviting. The amenities made for a romantic and homie feel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our flight in was canceled and we were rebooked for following day leaving only enough time to drop off our stuff before rushing to a concert. They gave us the code to get in and told us to call if we ran into issues. When we arrived they were expecting us and said we could skip check in so we could make it on time. We plan to come back to Montreal and will be staying here...

"Very clean, close to downtown shopping and the mountain trails, friendly staff that are more than happy to speak English if you don’t speak much or any French. Pool doesn’t have a hot tub and is a bit small but overall has a nice atmosphere and has great change rooms with shavers, and any other things if you need to shower there."

"Beautiful, clean, comfy hotel in a great location downtown Montreal. There are cafes, paid parking, close to the metro, grocery store and two green space / parks to sit in. The hotel staff were very helpful. The beds very comfortable. The medium size outdoor pool, sauna, cold plunge are maintained and clean, they are obviously busy but I did find a spot to relax fairly easily. Especially in the morning when it’s quiet.
