"Hotel Ursa is affordable, clean, and comfortable. Those are the essentials for me. It’s an interesting setting being located on campus at Maine State University. Colbe was friendly and welcoming at check in. He was very polite and professional making it clear that this is an outstanding hotel in every way. First-class front desk experience!"

"i LOVED this place.... i loved the lobby, the staff at the front, and the staff that cleaned.. everything was so enjoyable. i was so surprised by how quiet my room was, as i was there for a wedding and i know there were quite a few other couples there that came in after me, and i didn't hear anything! the water pressure was amazing, and the rooms were clean and had ventilation. it is sooo cozy! The gal at the front with the long brown hair and glasses (Meredith?! Victoria?! I am spacing on her...
