"Leider ist bei meiner Reservation ein Fehler unterlaufen- als ich gegen zehn ankam, war mein Zimmer leider vergeben. Die Hotelleitung hat sich um eine andere Möglichkeit bemüht und mir eine ganze Wohnung als Unterkunft (für eine Nacht), zu einem sehr fairen Preis angeboten. Es war sehr sauber, ich konnte einen feinen Kaffee am Morgen geniessen und zudem war alles sehr schön und bequem! Vielen Dank für die Menschlichkeit und die gute Notlösung."
