Taka San was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was super traditional and very spacious and there was a lot of space in the house for group dining a nice garage space to hang out as well. Hotel Resol Gifu
I did not partake in the breakfast as there was a Sukiya 10m from the hotel. Room was clean, spacious, even Ethernet cable was provided for laptops. You get new water and towels every day which seems like overkill but is appreciated
