"Beautiful property with great sea views, the service was relatively good and they really tried to provide with a good experience yet there were still few rough edges to smooth out literally, the spa is excluded (not massages and treatments) but actual access to the spa saunas etcโ€ฆ its was not shown anywhere on the website. Parking is 25 EUR a day, also not mentioned on their website."

"Hospitality needs improvement. There was one woman and man helpful at the front deck. Hostess at beach needs some coaching to make people feel welcome. Only one restaurant is open in September and the water taxi ends at 6p. We werenโ€™t aware that many of the hotels perks were limited in September which is part of what we thought we were paying for. Very expensive for what it was."
