From front desk staff , dinning , bar staff and even cleaning staff we were very impressed with their efficiency and how pleasant and welcoming they were. They all seemed to enjoy their work and this seemed very obvious . The whole team are a credit to the management . We attended the gala dinner ,it was an amazing well coordinated experience . "From entering hotel we were very impressed We were there over new year ,and for hubbies birthday . From front desk staff , dinning , bar staff and even cleaning staff we were very impressed with their efficiency and how pleasant and welcoming they were. They all seemed to enjoy their work and this seemed very obvious . The whole team are a credit to the management . We attended the gala dinner ,it was an amazing well coordinated experience . The food was amazing ,from breakfast to bar snacks . It is not often that you get a lovely hotel and great food but this up there ! We spent a whole day at the spa which was a memorable experience and we both thoroughly enjoyed . We had a bar snack afterwards as we were so relaxed , thanks to may ! and we cant forget isobel who is a star and found and returned my lost phone plus was a great likeable character who explained the regime to us . All in all , im nearly scared to give raving review that the hotel totally deserves , as this might lead to us not being able to get a booking again with being so busy . No negative feedback from us and look forward to returning in spring "
