Ok stop over.
My room was cold, as the heating which is switched on from reception hadn't been turned on. After a few hours it still hadn't heated up so I asked to change rooms which they were happy to arrange for me. Food options wasn't the best, had a burger and chips which was dry. In the end I left this. The lady on reception was really nice and friendly.

Great overnight stay.
Stayed for just one night as a treat for myself and the kids. Loved the room. And the staff were great. WiFi isn’t the best, not much signal. But other than that fantastic. Definitely stay again.

From the minute my husband and I walked in, the service and hospitality was great. The lady at the front desk (I forget her name) accommodated us with a room that had a few steps since my husband walked with a cane. The Bistro, restaurant and bar were great. I am forgetting names but thank you to all those who worked there. Thank you Paula, Stacey, Susie, Efiona, Gerard and all the others. The room you gave us was beautiful. Also a shout out to the cook for the delicious mussels, steaks, bruschetta appetizer, and breakfasts that we had. The champ was delicious too.

Horrible Stay
Not a good experience. Stayed for 2 nights over the weekend. No housekeeping ever showed up. Got back to the room at 5:00pm and noticed that. Called the front desk and he said well what do you want me to do? I said well forget changing the bed just bring fresh towels. We left for dinner and some pubs and when we got back at around midnight still no towels. I called the front desk and after many attempts with no answer someone picked up. They brought towels up around 12:30 am. Didn’t notice until I showered in the morning they only brought hand towels no bath towels! What’s wrong with this place? Oh and the music from the bar downstairs literally shook the bedroom until 2:15 am. I complained at check out and the front desk woman acted shocked. Then when I said in addition to the lack of housekeeping, the music from the bar was ridiculous. She had the nerve to say well didn’t they tell you about the music when you checked in? I said no but what would it matter anyway? It’s ridiculous. Totally don’t recommend this hotel and I want hotels.com to refund my payment.
