Es stimmte einfach alles. Durchgehend freundliches Personal - man fühlte sich willkommen. Die Anlage ist interessant und abwechslungsreich - d. h. die Wege sind nicht "Empfang- Fahrstuhl-Zimmer, denn es gibt immer was zu entdecken. Auch das Restaurant bietet unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten des Aufenthalts, dazu eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick in den Park. Und der Park des Ortsteils Herrenkrug ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Schönes Hotel auch für Familien- sehr ruhig im schönen Park gelegen . Tram Station und Nähe zum elbauenpark nemo Schwimmbad oder auch zu den Stadien sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr große Zimmer mit viel Platz und guter Ausstattung. Voll zufrieden gewesen

Tram stopt voor de deur, dus het centrum is goed te bereiken, ook de gratis parkeerplaatsen zijn fijn. Zwembad moest je helaas extra voor betalen. Ontbijt is uitgebreid maar kwaliteit niet fantastisch. Kinderen eten gratis.

Eine "kleine" Kritik = im Saunabereich sollte für Alle FKK sein. Badesachen direkt im Saunaraum ist einfach unangenehm! Fazit: Ich werde dennoch wieder einchecken.

Wir sind zu dritt als Familie angereist, hatten 3 Nächte gebucht und haben sogar noch spontan eine Nacht dazu gebucht, da es uns so gut gefallen hat. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber und ordentlich. Die Betten sind bequem, das Frühstück sehr lecker mit einer großen Auswahl. Was uns ebenfalls aufgefallen ist, war das sehr freundliche Personal, ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder im Gelände des Hotels, alle waren sehr nett. Der Spabereich mit Pool und Whirlpool ist klein, aber fein, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Umgebung kann man schön spazieren gehen, bis zum Elbauenpark hat man es nicht weit, genauso wir zur Innenstadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful stay – thanks to the lovely and caring staff and the charm of the hotel itself. It looked absolutely beautiful, both in the evening and in the morning. It's a shame we only stayed for one night! The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The location is truly unique – peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing break.
