The staff was lovely and made sure our 2 rooms were next to each other without even asking. Quiet and clean. Pillows were very uncomfortable, maybe “classic” pillows would be great.

Clean hotel. A little bit of a walk from the train station, but good excerise. Rates are fair.

Tokyu Vacations Karuizawa
The rooms were spacious and everything was beautifully maintained. The kitchen and two toilets were very convenient too.

YADOKARI VILLAGE KITAKARUIZAWA
部屋は小さいけど全部揃えっています。しばらく入居していないの関係か、下水道から少し匂うが漂っています。窓少し開けて通気すれば問題ありません。感動したのは、着いたには18時半ぐらいです。暗い寒い中、部屋の電気とエアコンをつけてくれました。とっても暖かく 感心しました。夏になったまたお願いしょうかと思います。
