"We had a great stay during the very hot UK weather. The cottage stayed comfortable and relatively cool though as it is well sheltered and shaded. The cottage was clean and ready for myself and the family, and we had a great time, it was near St Ives and Carbis Bay which was a simple five minutes walk away from the cottage. Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door. Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold. Outside area could be easily do with a bit of attention. Seems as if the owner has lost heart and passion in this lovely little flat. "

"Quite possibly the best value bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in. Easy to find and between Penzance and Marazion, it’s perfectly situated. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The hot drinks and water provided was a lovely touch. Yes - the place is a little rough around some of the edges but the staff are so helpful and friendly - and above all kind. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious and huge! I would always look for this place when coming back to this area. I stayed with children who loved it and loved the staff."
