"This was a great site and a wonderful location. It’s big and spacious yet only shared with 6 other spaces. Our kids could run around and we didn’t need to worry about them. The modern and warm showers were lovely and it was nice having flushing toilets. The tents and kitchens were brilliantly equipped. "Had an enjoyable short break at the Maple Lodge. Hosts were very friendly including the cats and dogs. Lodge was cozy, clean and had all the amenities you need. Bed was comfortable and slept well after all the walking and trekking. Great hotel - highly recommended.
"Stayed for a work trip. The food and drinks on offer at the hotel were great, especially breakfast. The staff were lovely, especially the lady on reception who was very friendly and helpful when I had issues checking in with a credit card. Lots of space to hold informal business meetings with my colleagues. Parking needed to be paid for separately but still very convenient in the middle of the town centre. Some colleagues mentioned that they could hear seagulls calling in the night but I couldn’t - possibly worth packing earplugs but it may just have been where their rooms were located in the hotel. "
