The faculty and room are absolutely gorgeous. I also like that the check in is all online and you don’t have to actually deal with a front desk person. My only complaint is the parking situation. If the garage is all reserved, you have to park off site a few blocks away. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest and I was traveling with a child.

This isn’t a hotel. There is no one onsite and the phone number listed on their website doesn’t work. We couldn’t get into our rooms when we arrived and because we could only communicate by text or email, it took a long time to get the issue resolved. We were late to an event because of it. The rooms are very nice but I don’t know if I would stay there again.

First time staying here and we'll definitely be back, especially if we ever need a longer stay. Checking in online and going right to our room was so nice. Everything was very nice, clean and well decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable as well and I'm a harsh critic. There was a hiccup with parking upon check-in, but the online chat system was easy and got a quick response.
