"This is really nice accommodation and the staff are very efficient and prompt when dealing with any issues
My only slight problem is that I asked for late checkout ( being a platinum member), they declined my request which was fine by me but what I found upsetting was the frequent emails reminding me to checkout over 24hrs before my checkout time, there were literally pestering me at some point
Other than that it’s a beautiful venue"

"The staff were friendly and helpful..the rooms were clean and tidy and also the amenities were good...only one major issue is when there was a power failure for about 16 hours we didn't have any backup power supply from the hotel....other than that it was a great stay."

"Stole my money and I didn’t even live there. Why would you take my booking if you can’t check me in? This is theft and I am so disappointed and disgusted by such nonsense. You will never see my patronage again or anyone else I know. Pathetic "
