De passage

Chambre sans clim certes mais il aurait pu être mis à disposition un ventilateur vue la chaleur qu' il faisait et dormir fenêtre ouverte impossible vu le bruit incessant toute la nuit des véhicules et des personnes qui braillent toute la nuit Les poussières sous le lit n ont pas du être faite depuis des lustres Et oui parfois on regarde sous les lits qd qq chose tombe à terre

Budget hotel, no frills

Basic, but value for money. No lift, so a bit of a climb to second floor rooms. Rooms small, with minimum furnishings, but clean. Beds comfortable, ensuite showers clean and efficient. Two night stay and one room was not cleaned. Explanation given was that they did not have a duplicate key.... Curtains in one room inadequate. Rooms to back, so no noise from busy road outside. TV. Wi-fi available. Nearby underground parking at reasonable rate. Well located close to historic centre, restaurants and bars.

Ongezellig ontvangen

De kamer vond ik redelijk comfortabel maar klein en met het zomersweer wel warm. Zonder ventilator is het bijna niet te slapen. Belangrijkste is noch bij aankomst of vertrek heb ik een menselijk gezicht gezien. Sleutels in een envelop opgehaald van een schuilplaats en bij vertrek gestopt in een postvakje. Zeer ongezellig!!!

チェックインにスタッフはいない、関係ない横のウエイターがポストに鍵があると教えてくれ封筒に入った鍵とWiFiコードを手にし部屋へはいりました。オーナーに電話しても駆けつけてくれるわけでもなく仕事としては最低ですね。

Close but no cigar

great view of the river. Close to all the sights. Internet speed was below 1kB at times, and very slow all the time. Part missing from shower so you had to hold it. no lift, and darkest corridors n stairs ever Parking had to be elsewhere which was 14euro for two nights Restaurant was OK but empty

Tuvimos dificultad con el,idioma para avisar que,llegamos porque,el hotel no tiene recepción full time. Pero luego, todo estupendo, la habitación. , el,desayuno, la cercanía a los,lugares para visitar. La cena en Le lamartine, de,diez!

Personne à l'accueil le soir de l'arrivée -20h Aucun message - mail Heureusement notre contact à Macon avait téléphoné, ce qui a permis a quelqu'un de mettre les clés dans une enveloppe à découvrir dans un présentoir à l'entrée extérieure de l’hôtel. Au petit déjeuner une personne au service qui n'a pas caché son désespoir d'être seule, personne pour encaisser le prix des nuits débités par CB dans la journée et j'attends toujours la facture pour être remboursée, une semaine et demie après !!!!

Belle chambre, quand-même déconseillé

Notre chambre au premier étage, à l'avant, était rénovée et très beaux. Les bruits de la route devant l’hôtel n'est pas trop ennoyant. Par contre, les bruits du couloir ne sont pas filtrés. Belle salle de bains. Le petit déjeuner par contre: trop cher pour ce qu'on reçoit: un croisant, un pain au chocolat, un peu de pain, de la confiture, un yaourt. Ceci servi par une personne qui nous semblait plus adapté pour être en,fermé dans une cuisine, sans contact avec des clients. Elle parlait à lui même tout le temps dans une langue étrangère. Lors de notre arrivé on ne trouvait pas notre réservation dans l'ordinateur. Tout le personnel était demandé de venir à l'aide. Que quand le propriétaire arrivait il a pu redémarrer la machine et nous enregistrer. Une personne de l'hôtel nous disait que le parking sous-sol sous la quai serait gratuit, mais on a quand même du payer.

Übler Geruch

Die Fotos sehen zwar ganz gut aus, das Zimmer entsprach dem Anschein aber nicht. Direkt beim Öffnen der Zimmertür schlug uns ein übelriechender Geruch entgegen. Im Normalfall hätte ich sofort das Zimmer gewechselt. Dies ist aber bei Familienzimmern nicht einfach möglich. Das Duftspray hat den Geruch zwar weitgehend überdeckt, aber er war trotzdem immer präsent. Macon ist als Stadt nicht gerade sehenswert. Das nächste Mal wird es wohl wieder Beaune.

Mauvais séjour

Arrivée agréable car nous avons ou obtenir les clés avant l'heure prévue.nous avons vite déchanté car la vie de la chambre donnait sur une véranda d'un particulier dans un puit de lumière. (Aucune luminosité alors qu'il faisait soleil).des moutons sous les lits et des restes de dentifrices dans la salle de bain présageait de peu d'hygiène. .. une aération de la cuisine de l'hôtel très bruyante a fonctionné jusqu'à 23h.très stressant... enfin le responsable nous a proposé un petit déjeuner copieux salé et sucré à 7,5€par personne...Le lendemain une personne bien désagréable nous a accueillie sans souci du service mais plutôt du rangement de la salle.il n'y avait qu'un croissance et pain au chocolat par personne. Pas de salé du pain dégueulasse...il faut le dire .nous avons demandé des céréales "y en a pas".nous sommes partis bien en colère et déçu.un goût de malhonnêteté

Hôtel confortable avec une super vue

Une chambre spacieuse avec un super point de vue sur les quais de Saône! La partie salle de bain, toilette est moderne avec tout l'équipement neuf. Le lit est très confortable et malgrés la proximité de la route je n'ai pas été dérangé par le bruit!
