"⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing stay. The room was in poor condition—the refrigerator, closet, bathroom shower, and even the toilet paper holder were broken or damaged. The room also did not feel clean. Another major inconvenience was that there is no elevator to the 4th floor. The biggest issue, however, was the customer service. The staff was rude and unhelpful. When we raised our concerns, we were simply told to "book somewhere else," but they were not willing to cancel or offer any assistance....

"It was great to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Close to the state park with lighthouse museum and fort michilimackinac within easy walking distance. The free shuttle bus to Sheplers ferry dock was also appreciated."

"Pay attention to your booking. Picture may show a cabin but will be a hotel room. They need to do something about the moisture and the mildew smell. There was wrapper in the drawer so I know they don’t clean 100%. Bathroom had mold on ceiling. Was a decent stay though. Water park was fun for the kids and was convenient to the towns.
